Handmade-product expectations

Each piece is made by hand in small batches, so small variations in color, texture, finish and appearance are a natural part of handmade goods.

If you received the wrong product, size or fragrance, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

If an item arrives damaged, please keep the item and packaging and send us a photo of the damage along with your order details.
